The Precinct has been identified as being capable of accommodating a substantial uplift in residential and employment densities as a result of the delivery of the Victoria Cross Metro Station.

The in-house team workshopped several development schemes with both the North Sydney Council and state panels
The in-house team, on behalf of the owner group workshopped several development schemes with both the North Sydney Council and state panels, ultimately landing on a ‘solar access wedge’ in 2021. This wedge balanced the solar access requirements of the council whilst maximising the developable area for the site.
The balanced proposal received a positive response
The proposal also provides for vital public infrastructure linking the Metro station entrances via a dedicated pedestrian walkway into the Ward Street Plaza.
The balanced proposal received a positive response from the market and was strategically acquired by a Property Trust in 2021 who are planning on executing the planning proposal once the Metro Station opens and activates the precinct.
